This is where I do the heavy lifting. I take everything from the diagnostic phase and turn it into a clear, structured plan — priorities ranked, timelines set, and a direction that’s built specifically around you. Nothing generic, nothing vague.

Progress & Pivot

Regular sessions to review, adjust and push forward. Strategy isn’t static — we keep the goals in sight, but evolve the plan as your business grows and your priorities shift.

I’ve spent 40 years in business — including senior risk and project management roles in international banking across London, Paris, Singapore and Hong Kong — and the last 10 years working exclusively with psychologists, psychotherapists and coaches around the world who want to build businesses that truly work for them.
