I work with established mental health practitioners who have hit a ceiling. Below you will find three ways we can work together — each built around where you are and where you want to get to.
Strategic consultancy: not coaching, not marketing
I bring a 40-year business background, including senior project and risk management roles across international banking, to work with psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, therapists and coaches who are serious about building something beyond the appointment book.
Everything I do sits within a clear consultancy framework: Discovery, Strategy, Execution, Review. Each of the three tracks below follows that framework; the difference is where we focus the work, and how involved I am in seeing it through.
Three tracks. Choose where you need to start.
Most clients begin with Track 1. Some come ready for Track 2. A smaller number want the full partnership from the outset. All three lead to the same place.

How to choose the right track
Each track is designed for a different starting point. If you are unsure, the answer is almost always Track 1, or a Discovery Call to work it out together.
